All prices listed are inclusive of VAT  and exclude delivery charge.The cost for delivery is Eur5(inclusive of vat) and it will be added upon checkout.  Items that are more than Eur50 will be delivered for free.

To reduce the risk of having difficulty in delivering the flowers, it is of utmost importance that all details are filled in correctly. Fjuri.com.mt cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.

Should the recipient not be at home, we usually try to contact him/her if the recipient’s number has been included in the details provided by the person who has made an order.  

If we cannot make contact with the recipient, we leave a note in the recipient’s letterbox to inform him/her that we have attempted to make a delivery and notify what has been done with the flowers which are usually either left at a neighbour, or taken back.  

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver.
There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships.

In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.

Please note that flowers are delivered by our florist, together with all gifts purchased from our site.

Same Day Deliveries are accepted from Monday to Saturday if orders are done before 12pm.  

Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are possible and need to be ordered at least 2 working days before.    

Orders received after 12pm would generally be delivered on the next working day. Usually all deliveries are done in the afternoon between 2pm and 5pm and with the exception of funeral orders we are unable to carry out timed deliveries.  

Whilst we assure you that we will do our best to serve you in the best of our capabilities, we cannot guarantee any specific times or am/pm requests included in the Comments box.  

If a timed delivery is critical we may be able to arrange this for you at an additional cost, but please call on (+356) 21 675087 or 99869717.
